Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LPS TV, we strive to provide our users with the highest quality of service. Please review our policy on cancellations and refunds for subscription packages.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. General Refund Policy

Because LPS TV provides digital content with immediate access, all subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once the payment is successful and the content is unlocked on your account.

3. Exceptions

We may grant refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If we determine a charge was made fraudulently.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must submit a request to support@lpstv.in within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back directly to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
